I founded Greater Love Coaching because I’ve lived the journey I now help others navigate — the highs of deep connection, the ache of disconnection, and the powerful transformation that comes from understanding why we love the way we do.

With over two decades of leadership experience and years of study in attachment theory, emotional awareness, and relational healing, I’ve learned that love isn’t luck — it’s literacy. The more we understand our patterns, the more intentionally we can build the relationships we truly want.

My coaching helps individuals and couples move from anxious or avoidant cycles into earned security — into relationships built on clarity, accountability, and emotional safety.
